Privacy Policy

How we collect, manage, and safeguard user and partner data.

1. Information Collection

We collect direct registration data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, business addresses, partner application details, IP addresses, OS versions, and device identifiers used for security and diagnostics.

For KYC onboarding, we process Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, FSSAI certificates, bank IFSC numbers, cancelled cheques, restaurant images, and related application documents.


2. Restaurant Outlet Location

Restaurant applicants may provide outlet or pickup-location details, including map coordinates, address components, building or shop details, landmarks, and pickup instructions.

This information is used for onboarding review, pickup accuracy, serviceability checks, and future approved operations. It is not used for public listing unless and until the restaurant is approved and the consumer platform supports public discovery.

Restaurant applicant location data is not sent to analytics tools.


3. Data Utilization

Collected details are utilized to: route orders efficiently, complete mandatory merchant tax compliance, compute weekly rider payouts, check platform security threats, and provide proactive support assistance.


4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Necessary variables are shared only with logistics handlers, verification agencies, payment processors, and regulatory compliance units (such as tax audits).


5. Storage & Retention

KYC files are stored inside encrypted local servers. We retain critical database records for as long as required under Indian IT and financial retention frameworks.


6. User Data Rights

Users may review, update, or request purging of their profile data by sending an inquiry to our designated privacy officer at privacy@myards.in.
